Reverse Advent Calendar
Advent is traditionally a time of preparation for Christmas, a time of contemplation and charity, many also associate it with the Advent calendar. Our challenge is simple: "During Advent, instead of opening boxes of chocolates every day, put away one thing that you no longer need and that could be useful to someone else!"
The Reverse Advent Calendar campaign aims to raise awareness about the unnecessary waste of usable items and to help those in need. Participants are encouraged to donate one unwanted item from their household every day during Advent, with a focus on warm men's clothing, footwear, and winter accessories. The donated items will be distributed to those in need. Collection points for other usable items such as furniture, household appliances, toys, books, non-perishable food, and sports equipment can be found easily using the KAMsNIMcz application. The project is supported by the Charity Pot program of LUSH, a manufacturer and retailer of handmade fresh cosmetics.
