Have you ever thought about becoming a volunteer? Maybe you will meet a lot of interesting people...

Bored of your wardrobe? Invite friends over and exchange your clothes for good food and drink (ideally vegetarian).

Make Christmas decorations with your children from natural materials.

Don't you have the opportunity to support a non-profit that takes care of your town or village? You will undoubtedly find one, how about Clean Up the Czechia?

Create a Reverse Advent Calendar. Give the collected things to charity.

Corks from wine bottles can be used, for example, to make a design board or a mat for pots.

Bean coffee machines are cheaper to operate and produce less waste.

A gift that you make yourself will please you the most. You give it! Or at least your kids…

Dishes belong in the dishwasher (as economical as possible). It will save a lot of water and energy for heating it. And only turn on the dishwasher when it's full...

Do you drive a car? Driving according to the rules of economical driving will save 1-2 liters of fuel per 100 km, and this is worth it at today's PHM prices (and it's not even significantly slower).

Please don't collect those stupid lids! It is ecological and economic nonsense.

Find and taste an insect specialty. Insects are the food of the future. Like seriously... and it doesn't taste bad :-)

Invite your friends over and cook a super meatless treat for them.

Shop without packaging. Or at least buy a larger package and pour/pour into your own containers.

Fish is healthy and tasty. It's just a pity that there will be almost none in the seas with the current consumption... Reduce the consumption of fish and other marine animals significantly.

Before you buy something, ask yourself a few questions: Do you really need it? Can it be fixed? Can I buy used? Is it possible to buy in an Eco-friendly store? And besides, it's okay to politely decline…
